Jennifer and her cat, which answers (or not, depending on her mood) to the name of Spud, live in St. Paul, Minnesota, land of 10,000 lakes and quite a few million mosquitoes.  Having just painted her kitchen, Jen would like to invite you all over for tea and scones.  (Which is just about the extent of her culinary abilities.)

With far too many years of employment in various book industry jobs, Jen is, of course, fabulously wealthy.  (And has more books than fit on her bookshelves.)  She really can’t imagine not working in books, because paying full price for anything at Barnes & Noble (where she worked for one miserable Christmas) just wouldn’t make sense.  Currently employed as a textbook buyer at a university bookstore, she’s glad she’s not in college anymore, because the cost of textbooks these days is simply ridiculous.

Since discovering fanfic, Jen has become, shall we say, obsessed, and it shows no sign of abating.  Reading and writing and meeting other people interested in the same fandoms has been a joy in the last couple of years, and she’s glad to have fallen in with such a nice bunch.
